Grow with Semapa
Semapa Group’ internal mobility platform was developed in 2023, as part of the Future Proof Leadership Program. This training, created in partnership with the Nova School Business and Economics (Nova SBE), includes the Hackathon for the Future, a day dedicated to solving challenges and whose goal is to develop innovative, viable solutions that can be implemented in the short term. This was exactly what happened with the idea behind the Grow with Semapa platform.
After the necessary technological implementation, the mobility platform became operational in October 2023. How does it work? The opportunities that arise in the various companies of Semapa Group are posted there, allowing employees to apply for positions in any of them. In turn, the employee can also search by type of mobility (permanent or temporary), role, and location. In the case of temporary vacancies, this means that an employee can join a project of another company part-time, enriching their journey within the Group. The announced vacancies can be in various areas and include roles such as R&D scientist, analyst, maintenance coordinator, investment associate, among many others.
