Semapa – Sociedade de Investimento e Gestão, SGPS, S.A. (“Semapa“) guarantees visitors to this Website (“User” or “Users”) respect for their privacy, as well as the protection and security of their personal data, in its capacity as data controller.
Visiting the www.Semapa.pt website (“Website”) does not in itself imply the automatic recording of any personal data identifying the User. However, the use of certain functionalities may imply that Users provide personal data.
This Privacy Policy forms an integral part of the Website’s Terms of Use and regulates the collection, processing and protection of Users’ personal data collected and processed in connection with its use.

User data may be processed by a suitable service provider contracted by Semapa. Semapa will process User data within the European Economic Area. Semapa may draw up User profiles, which will allow automated decisions to be made based on personal, economic and/or financial characteristics. In these cases, the User will have the right to obtain human intervention in the decision, to express their opinion and to challenge the decision adopted by Semapa.
